Deal Origination

We select to move forward on 3% of the total deal proposals made to our firm. Borrower who excel in business acumen, provide stable financials, and have a strong real estate collateral move to the next round.

3 Day Viability Review

Once a borrower is approved, we get to reviewing fast. Our in-house real estate brokerage will assess the real estate collateral's value and ensure we will have a senior lien against the collateral. A junior lien will be considered if there is enough equity.

Title Review

After a deal is considered viable, we conduct a full title search and examination of the real estate collateral. We make sure no liens, judgements, or other encumbers cloud title to achieve clear title.

Funding Paperwork

Our in-house legal team will prep all the necessary, and recommended, paperwork to protect the lender's investment. Our custom legal paperwork is the gold standard in the industry.
